Tuna Plate
Tuna Plate is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. neufchatel cheese, 2 tbsp. chili sauce, 2 tbsp. parsley, snipped, 1 tsp. onion, minced and 1/2 tsp. hot sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Blend together.
Pack into a small bowl or mold and chill for 2 hours or until firm.
Invert on a serving platter and surround with crackers or wedges of pita bread.
For variety, replace chili sauce with one of the following: well-drained relish, soy sauce or salad dressing.
Whatever you add, be sure basic cheese and tuna mixture remains thick enough to firm by chilling.
