Tuna Patio Salad
Tuna Patio Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) pkg. creamettes elbow macaroni (2 c. uncooked), 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked, 1 1/2 c. tomatoes, chopped, 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced and 1 c. cucumber, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Combine macaroni, tuna, tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumber, celery, green onion and green pepper.
Blend Italian dressing, sour cream, seasoned salt and pepper.
Toss with macaroni mixture.
Chill. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
