Tuna Noodle Casserole(Serves 4)
Tuna Noodle Casserole(Serves 4) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. fine egg noodles, cooked, 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna (solid white meat), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 onion, minced and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Saute onion in butter in small, flat (stove top-proof) casserole dish.
Add tuna, breaking up meat and mixing with onions.
Add cooked noodles.
Add soup and mix well.
Add milk to moisten.
(You don't want to see liquid in bottom of dish.)
Mix well.
Add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; mix well. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese over top of mixture.
Dot with butter.
Bake in 350Β° oven 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly. Recipe may be doubled.
