Tuna in Tomato Juice
Tuna In Tomato Juice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. gelatin (2 envelopes knox), 1/2 c. cold water, 2 c. tomato juice, 3 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Soak gelatin 5 minutes in cold water and dissolve in 1 cup tomato juice which has been brought to a boil.
Add to the other cup of tomato juice, lemon juice, salt and grated onion. When mixture begins to thicken, add celery, green pepper, olives, pickles and tuna fish.
Pretty molded in individual molds.
