Tuna Chowder
Tuna Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. chopped onion, 3/4 c. sliced celery, 3 tbsp. butter, 3 c. diced potatoes and 2 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onion and celery in butter for 5 minutes.
Add diced potatoes, water and salt.
Heat to boiling; cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Blend flour with 1/4 cup milk, then add 1 3/4 cups milk.
Stir into potato mixture.
Cook until thick.
Add tuna; heat and serve.
