Tuna Casserole
Tuna Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. margarine, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 can mushrooms, drained, 2 cans tuna, drained and flakes and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a small skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
Simmer onion, pepper and mushrooms, stirring until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir together with next 6 ingredients.
Add noodles, mixing well.
Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
Top with cheese.
Bake uncovered at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
