Tuna Casserole
Tuna Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pkg. (1 lb.) noodles, 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional) and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook noodles as directed on package.
Put in casserole dish. In a bowl, mix tuna, soups, mushrooms, onion, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
Add milk gradually to thicken as you stir.
Pour over noodles and mix well.
Crumble bread finely and put into enough melted butter or margarine to soak them lightly.
Put crumbs over top of casserole.
Put in a 350Β° oven and bake for 30 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
