Tuna Casserole
Tuna Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, 6 oz. (3 c.) uncooked egg noodles, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. sliced green onions and 2/3 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook noodles; drain.
Rinse in hot water.
Combine noodles with drained tuna, celery and green onions.
Blend in sour cream, mustard, mayonnaise, thyme and salt.
Spoon half mixture into buttered 2-quart casserole.
Top with half zucchini.
Repeat layers. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle with chopped tomato.
