Tuna Casserole
Tuna Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped, 1 tbsp. margarine, 1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped, 2 small cans mushrooms, sliced and 2 small cans tuna, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a small skillet, melt margarine and saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms, stirring often, until tender (about 5 minutes).
Stir together with next 6 items.
Add noodles, mixing well.
Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole.
