Tuna Cakes
Tuna Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can (12 1/2 oz.) light tuna, 1 1/4 c. bread crumbs, 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/3 c. ranch salad dressing and 1/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Set aside 3/4 cup bread crumbs.
Combine all ingredients except oil.
Form eight patties, coating each side with reserved bread crumbs.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat.
Cook 4 patties for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
Add other tablespoon oil and cook remaining tuna cakes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
