Tuna Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained, 1 egg, beaten, 12 saltine crackers, 1/4 c. milk and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Shape into 6 patties.
Fry in 10-inch skillet over medium heat in 1 teaspoon margarine until browned. (Can substitute canned salmon for tuna.)
