Tuna Cakes
Tuna Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) cans tuna in water, drained, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/4 c. mustard, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, celery and green pepper and 1/4 c. chopped pimento, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables, salt, pepper and 3/4 cup bread crumbs.
Shape into 15 (2-inch) balls.
Roll in remaining crumbs, coating well.
Flatten balls into small patties. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Heat 1/2 cup oil in a skillet and fry patties 5 minutes on each side.
Add more oil as needed.
Remove from skillet and drain on paper.
