Tuna Balls
Tuna Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, undrained, 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine all ingredients except cornflakes and mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in the crushed cornflakes.
Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
Can also be frozen.
To thaw, heat in a 350° oven.
Serve with toothpicks and tartar sauce or tuna ball sauce.
