Tuna and Rice
Tuna And Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. instant rice, 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained, 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. water and 1 (7 oz.) bag potato chips, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Prepare rice as directed on package. In large casserole dish, layer rice, tuna and half of the chips. Heat soup with water just until boiling.
Pour over tuna and rice combination.
Mix well to make sure all ingredients are moist. Cover with remaining chips.
Cook for 45 minutes at 350° or until top is golden brown.
