"Try-And-Guess" Salad-Theresa Shea is an moderately easy dinner. Dissolve gelatin in the hot water.
Stir in the stewed tomatoes, breaking them into bits with a spoon.
Add the hot pepper sauce.
Pour into a lightly oiled 3-quart mold and chill until firm.
Unmold on greens.
Place a small bowl in the center and fill with the sour cream, horseradish, salt and sugar.
Serves 12.
