Truffles
Truffles is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/4 c. butter, 1 c. nuts, finely chopped, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 1/2 tbsp. armagnac, brandy or chambord, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In double boiler, or microwave, melt 1 cup (6 ounces) chocolate chips with butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Line cookie sheets with foil or waxed paper.
Roll mixture into balls the size of walnuts.
Place on cookie sheet.
Chill until firm. Melt remaining 1 cup chocolate chips and use to dip and coat each completely.
Put back on waxed paper to set by chilling in refrigerator.
Can decorate with white chocolate by melting and drizzling over each individual truffle.
