Trudy's Fudge
Trudy'S Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces and 1 (7 oz.) jar kraft marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sugar, margarine and milk in 3-quart saucepan.
Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat until candy thermometer reaches 234°. Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate pieces until melted.
Add Marshmallow Crème, nuts and vanilla.
Beat with wooden spoon until well blended.
Cut into squares. (Makes 3 pounds.)
