Tropical Sweet Potatoes
Tropical Sweet Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium sweet potatoes, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. light brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook potatoes until tender.
Cool, peel and cut into large pieces.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with pecans and marshmallows.
Set aside.
Mix sugars, butter, cinnamon and juice from orange sections in saucepan.
Cook until it begins to thicken.
Add orange sections and spread over potatoes.
Bake in a 400Β° oven for 30 minutes.
