Tropical Salad
Tropical Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. hot water, 16 marshmallows, 1 pkg. lemon gelatin, 1/2 c. cream for whipping and 1 small pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place in top of double boiler the hot water, marshmallows and lemon gelatin; set aside.
Whip the cream; mix into cream cheese. Add pineapple; add to gelatin mixture.
Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan; let set.
Add the raspberry gelatin to a pint of hot water. Cool and pour over first mixture.
Let set for several hours or until firm.
