Tropical Ice Salad
Tropical Ice Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 bananas, mashed, 3 c. orange juice, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. sugar and 40 maraschino cherries, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In muffin pans, chop 2 cherries in each compartment.
Mix all other ingredients, together and divide evenly among muffin pans. Freeze.
Serve on a lettuce leaf with sliced fruit. Makes 20 frozen fruit cups.
