Tropical Fruit Sherbet
Tropical Fruit Sherbet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. nonfat buttermilk, 1 c. peeled, cubed mango, 3 medium kiwi fruit, peeled and quartered, 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced and 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients in electric blender or food processor until smooth (make sure the top is on the blender or food processor).
Pour into 1 gallon ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Serve immediately when ready.
