Tropical Fruit Sherbet
Tropical Fruit Sherbet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. nonfat buttermilk, 1 c. peeled, cubed mango, 3 medium kiwi fruit, peeled and quartered, 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced and 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix all ingredients in electric blender or food processor until smooth (make sure the top is on the blender or food processor).
Pour into 1 gallon ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Serve immediately when ready.
Makes 7 (1/2-cup) servings.
