Tropical Fruit Salad
Tropical Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can cubed pineapple, 1 (16 oz.) can diced peaches, 1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) and 1 banana, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Drain pineapple and peaches.
Reserve juice.
Drain mandarin oranges.
Be sure fruit is well drained.
Cook the vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 cups of juice.
Chill.
Add diced banana and apple to the fruit mixture.
Add the fruit mixture to the pudding mixture. Chill.
