Tropical Fruit n' Nut Bars
Tropical Fruit N' Nut Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can dole pineapple, crushed in juice, 3 envelopes knox unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. honey, 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts and 1 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain pineapple well, pressing out juice with back of spoon (1 1/4 cups).
In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over reserved juice.
Let stand 1 minute.
Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
Stir in honey, pineapple and remaining ingredients.
Turn into 8 or 9-inch baking pan. Chill until firm.
