Tropical Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. walnuts, 2 pkg. (6 1/2 oz.) pitted dates, 1 c. maraschino cherries (red or green), 3/4 c. sifted flour and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Grease a loaf pan and line the sides and bottom with waxed paper.
In a large bowl, place the nuts, dates, and fruit.
