Tropical Chicken Salad
Tropical Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cubed cooked chicken, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. mayo, 1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder and 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Place chicken and celery in a large bowl.
Combine mayo and curry powder; add to chicken mixture and mix well.
Cover; chill for at least 30 minutes.
Before serving, add the pineapple, bananas, oranges and coconut; toss gently.
Serve on salad greens, if desired.
Sprinkle with nuts.
