Triple Good Bars
Triple Good Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. raisins, 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel, 1 c. margarine or butter, softened, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
In medium saucepan, combine raisins, condensed milk, lemon peel and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until mixture starts to bubble.
Remove from heat; cool slightly and set aside.
Beat margarine, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients; blend until evenly mixed and crumbly. Reserve 2 cups.
Press remaining mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.
Spread raisin mixture to within 1/2-inch of edge of pan. Sprinkle with remaining oat mixture; pat lightly.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and cut into bars.
