Trail Pockets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1/4 c. green onion, chopped, 1/4 c. bell pepper, diced, 1/3 c. steak sauce and 1/2 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Lightly brown ground green onion and bell pepper; saute onion is tender.
Add remaining ingredients, except the 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese.
Simmer about 10 minutes until thickens.
Remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes. Stir in cheese and set aside.
Do not overcook this mixture.
