Tortilla Soup
Tortilla Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 16 oz. can ranch style beans, 16 oz. can pinto beans and 16 oz. can whole kernel corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown ground beef and drain.
In large pan, combine beef and onion.
Cook until onion is translucent.
Add remainder of ingredients-except tortilla shells.
Simmer until done.
Cut or tear 3 or 4 tortilla shells into small pieces and drop into simmering soup for last 5 minutes of cooking. You may have to add some water during cooking.
This makes a Big Pot of Soup.
