Tortilla Skillet
Tortilla Skillet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 flour tortillas, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. chopped green onions, 1 can whole tomatoes, drained and 1/2 tsp. ground oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut tortillas into thin strips.
Heat oil in 10-inch skillet until hot.
Cook tortillas and onions, turning occasionally until tortillas are crisp, about 10 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with cheese; heat just until cheese is melted.
Serve with sour cream.
