Tortilla Pinwheels
Tortilla Pinwheels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives, well drained and 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix all of the ingredients well except tortillas and salsa. Divide the filling into 5 parts.
Spread one part on each tortilla and roll up tightly.
Cover well with plastic wrap and twist ends. Refrigerate for several hours.
When ready to serve, cut in slices 1/2 to 3/4-inch wide.
Serve with salsa as the dip.
