Tortellini Salad
Tortellini Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen cheese tortellini or 3 1/2 oz. dried cheese tortellini, 1 small red sweet pepper, cut into thin bite size strips, 3/4 c. broccoli flowerets, 1 small carrot, thinly sliced and 1/3 c. sliced olives (green or black), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook tortellini according to package directions and drain.
Rinse with cold water and drain well.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked tortellini, sweet pepper, broccoli, carrot and olives.
