Tops' Cornbread Dressing
Tops' Cornbread Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. lean ground pork, 3/4 lb. lean ground beef, 2 medium onions, chopped, 5 ribs celery, chopped and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown pork in skillet, approximately 10 minutes.
Mix ground meat with pork and cook an additional 10 minutes.
Add onions and celery to meat mixture and saute 15 minutes.
Add soup and broth to meat mixture and heat thoroughly.
Check seasonings.
This can be spicy because you will add the cornbread to it.
Remove from heat and add the crumbled cornbread.
