Top Of The Stove Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. ground turkey, 1 large clove garlic, minced, 1/2 c. sliced onion, 1/2 c. green pepper, diced and 1 c. zucchini, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In large skillet coated with spray, saute turkey, garlic, onion and pepper until turkey is no longer pink.
Add zucchini and saute 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, stock, noodles and poultry seasoning.
Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are cooked.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
