Tonnerelli
Tonnerelli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. diced cooked ham, 1 c. mushrooms, sliced (canned may be used), 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 6 oz. egg noodles (or any pasta to taste) and 1 can (16 oz.) peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute ham and mushrooms in butter until browned.
Cook noodles as per package directions; drain.
Cook peas; drain. Put all hot ingredients in large mixing bowl, sprinkle with cheese and toss well.
