Cut pork into one inch slices from bone.
Dip in mixture of flour and black pepper.
Tenderize.
Dip in egg and milk combination.
Dip in bread crumbs.
Fry in oil until golden brown. Cut pork cutlet into 1/2-inch strips across and serve over rice topped with Tonkatsu Sauce (Japanese steak sauce).
