Tomato Stack-Ups
Tomato Stack-Ups is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 3 large tomatoes, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook broccoli using package directions for 1/2 time; drain. Slice tomatoes 3/4-inch thick.
Reserve 2 tablespoons cheese. Combine remaining cheese, broccoli and onion in bowl; mix well. Arrange tomatoes in shallow baking pan.
Spoon broccoli mixture over tomatoes.
Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
Broil 7 to 8 inches from heat source for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and tomato slices are heated through.
