Tomato Soup
Tomato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. lean chuck, 3 marrow bones, 2 or 3 bay leaves, a few whole peppercorns and small sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Put 3 quarts water in large saucepan.
Add meat, bones, bay leaves and peppercorns.
Cover and let boil for 1 or 2 hours.
Add tomatoes and carrots; cook 1 hour.
Add 1 tablespoon flour to sour cream and mix.
Make sure soup is bubbly before adding sour cream mix; stir to mix well.
Cover and simmer 1 hour.
