Tomato Salad Mold
Tomato Salad Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 envelopes knox gelatin, 1 can (1 pt. 2 oz.) tomato juice, 1/8 c. italian dressing, 1 tomato, peeled and diced and 1 green pepper, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over tomato juice.
Cook over low heat, stirring, until gelatin is dissolved.
Add dressing and stir.
Chill mixture until it begins to thicken. Fold in tomato, green pepper and cucumber.
Pour in 1 1/2-quart mold or 6 individual molds.
Chill until firm.
