Tomato Pudding
Tomato Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can tomatoes, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 c. butter and 2 c. diced bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook tomatoes, butter and brown sugar until boiling.
Add cornstarch.
Continue cooking until thick.
In glass baking dish, add tomato pudding and bread cubes in layers, commencing with bread and finishing with tomato mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour.
