Tomato Pot Roast
Tomato Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast, dash of garlic salt, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper and flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sprinkle roast with garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Roll in flour.
Brown on all sides in hot fat.
Place in a Dutch oven; add onion soup mix and water.
Cook 1 1/2 hours or longer, covered, on simmer or low, adding water as needed.
Then add potatoes, carrots, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook slowly for another hour.
