Tomato Pie
Tomato Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pie crust, bake and cool, 6 to 8 italian plum tomatoes, peel and slice, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 2 tbsp. chives, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place tomatoes on bottom of pie shell.
Mix mayonnaise, cheese, chives and basil.
Place on top of tomatoes.
Sprinkle top of pie with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
Pie serves 6.
