Tomato-Feta Salad
Tomato-Feta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cloves garlic, 2 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved, 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, 1 1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese and 1/2 to 1 c. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Rub inside of salad bowl with garlic; discard garlic.
Combine tomatoes, olives and cheese in salad bowl.
Combine oil and remaining ingredients in a jar.
Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
Pour over tomato mixture, tossing gently. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Yields 8 servings.
