Tomato Delights(For Tomi Sue, Debbie, Shirley And Ken) is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 firm ripe delicious tomatoes, salt to taste, 1 medium green pepper, chopped, 1 small onion and 1/4 ??? butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut a slice from each tomato top.
Scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact and reserve pulp.
Sprinkle insides lightly with salt; invert to drain.
Chop tomato pulp. Saute green pepper and onion in butter; add pulp and remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into tomatoes and put in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Garnish.
