Tomato Corn Chowder
Tomato Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bacon, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 3 medium potatoes, diced, 1 c. water and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook bacon and add onion.
Cook until onion is tender, about 3 minutes.
Then add potatoes, water, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook about 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Add tomato juice and corn kernels and let simmer.
Mix milk and flour and add to other ingredients.
Let cook about 5 minutes or until thickened.
