Tomato Casserole
Tomato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) cans peeled whole tomatoes, 1 large onion, chopped, 4 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. granulated sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put the tomatoes and onion in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Add margarine, sugar, salt and oregano.
Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes.
Add bread and stir.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart lightly greased casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
