Tomato Casserole
Tomato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. stewed tomatoes or whole tomatoes (with juice), 1/2 pkg. milk crackers, broken into pieces (approximately), 1/4 c. sugar, spices to taste and dabs of butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Butter the bottom and sides of a glass casserole dish.
Add the tomatoes.
Chop up the crackers into pieces.
Mix with tomatoes.
Add the sugar and spices.
Put dabs of butter on top.
Bake, uncovered, until hot and bubbly, approximately 35 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
