Tom's Pickles
Tom'S Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (48 oz.) jar kosher dill pickles, 2 c. white sugar and 2 tbsp. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Remove all the pickles from the jar and pour off the liquid. Slice the pickles and return to jar.
When the jar is half full, cover with 1 cup of the sugar, then place the rest of the pickles in the jar and cover with the other cup of sugar.
Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, then recap the jar.
Invert the jar and leave for a day.
Turn it over for a day and then back again. Keep repeating for 4 or 5 days, then enjoy them.
