Tom's Hot Stuff
Tom'S Hot Stuff is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. finely chopped onion, 2 c. stemmed, seeded and chopped, fresh hot peppers, 1 tsp. salt per qt. jar, 3/4 c. white vinegar and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix onions and peppers together in a large mixing bowl, then spoon into jars and add salt.
In a small saucepan mix the vinegar and water and heat. Don't boil.
When the liquid is hot, pour into the jars, making sure the onions and peppers are covered.
Seal and let sit for about a week before using.
It's hot!
