Preheat oven to 375Β°. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
In large bowl, combine margarine, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in chips and nuts.
Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
